# White Label Digital Marketing Services for Creative Agencies

Creative agencies adding paid media usually don't need a new strategy team. They need execution capacity: someone to build the accounts, launch and test the work, keep the campaigns running, and report back, all under the agency's brand. This post is about white label digital marketing services as that execution layer, and what to require before you hand any of it off.

## You made the ad. Now the client wants you to run it.

It usually starts with a compliment. The client likes the campaign, and then asks a practical question: can you also run the spend behind it?

For a creative or branding agency, that is a good question to get. The agency that came up with the idea is a natural place for the performance work to live.

The catch is that running paid media is a different job from making the work. Account structure, conversion tracking, launch checklists, budget pacing, test setup, and the weekly readout all have to happen, every week, on every account. None of it is hard to describe. All of it takes hours your designers and strategists were already using.

**What it costs you:** if you say no, the spend (and eventually the strategy conversation) goes to someone else, and your work becomes an input to their plan. If you say yes without the capacity, your creative team ends up doing ad operations.

> **How ROIAccelerate helps:** agencies typically start with a specific execution gap, such as PPC or tracking, or with overflow support when work starts to pile up. You own the client relationship and the strategy. ROIAccelerate executes and delivers the work under your brand, and your clients never interact with ROIAccelerate unless you choose otherwise.

## The work between the concept and the report

Creative agencies usually underestimate the middle. The concept is approved, and the report is what the client sees. Everything in between is the execution layer:

- **Account and tracking setup.** Campaign structure, audiences, and conversion events have to be right before the first dollar runs, or the results won't mean much.
- **Launch and versioning.** One approved concept goes out in many placements, sizes, and copy variants, and each version has to be loaded, checked, and launched before it runs.
- **Testing that can actually be read.** Comparing a few genuinely different concepts tells you something. Flooding an account with small tweaks mostly splits the budget.
- **Keeping it fresh.** Ads wear out. Someone has to notice when a version stops pulling its weight, rotate in the next one, and keep the spend where the client expects it.
- **The readout.** The client wants to know which version worked and why. Getting that answer straight from the platform and the analytics takes real time before the meeting.

This is not a reason to rebuild your agency around media buying. Task-by-task help is the right way to start. The strain shows up when this layer lands on people who were hired to make the work.

## Keep the idea. Add the execution.

You don't have to staff a media team on a hunch, or hand the client to another shop and hope they keep calling you for the ideas. The answer is to treat the creative call and the in-market work as two different jobs.

Your team still owns the concept, the client conversation, and what gets approved. The execution layer can run as white label digital marketing services under your brand, inside the tools, scopes, and approval steps you already use. When agencies search for a white label marketing agency, they're usually looking for an execution partner that delivers under their brand while they keep the client relationship.

Once campaigns are live, the weekly upkeep is where most of the hours go. We covered that side in [where paid media margins leak inside retainers](https://roiaccelerate.com/blog/paid-media-margins-agency-retainers), and the same split between plan and production shows up when agencies [add SEO execution capacity](https://roiaccelerate.com/blog/outsourced-seo-growing-agencies).

> **How ROIAccelerate helps:** ROIAccelerate integrates into your existing tools and workflows and follows your communication structure, so there is no new platform to adopt. Paid Media Execution and Analytics & Tracking are two of the execution areas, delivered under your brand and aligned to your scopes, processes, and client expectations. Execution runs continuously across your client accounts rather than as one-off projects, and most agencies start with one area, then expand as execution needs grow.

## What a creative agency should require from a paid media execution partner

Before you hand off any paid work, ask:

- Will they log in to the client's accounts through your access and follow your sign-off process, so nothing goes live that your team hasn't seen?
- Does the creative stay yours? Who decides when a concept gets cut, versioned, or replaced?
- How do they set up tests so the results say something about the creative, not just the budget?
- Who checks tracking before launch, and who explains a number that moved?
- Who talks to the client, and who only does the work?
- If the client also wants the tracking fixed or the email and HubSpot work picked up, can the same partner take it on without starting over?

The answers tell you whether the client relationship, and the creative role, stay with your agency.

## Where to start

Pick one client who has asked about paid media, or one campaign you already hand to someone else to run. List what has to happen between approval and the first report: setup, tracking, launching the versions, tests, pacing, and the readout. If nobody on your team owns that list, that is the capacity gap.

ROIAccelerate can run the launch, tests, tracking, and reporting behind your brand, beginning with that one client or campaign. Your team keeps making the work and keeps the client.
